Miley Cyrus was in Malibu this weekend looking very conservative in a one piece on the beach and on the surfboard as Hannah Montana. She was working with her new rumored beau Lucas Till and they look like a would be cute couple, but leaked photos of Miley Cyrus out of her swimsuit and taking a shower has everyone wondering how much skin can a Disney gal show without getting the boot.

She is only fourteen years old in the photos one report claims. The pictures are allegedly stolen snaps from her cell phone. One shows her soaking wet in a white t-shirt, another shows her with her shirt lifted up (apparently now a signature move) and another shows her with a Nick J necklace on along with some very dark sunglasses.


The person that claims to have hacked the phone has placed the photos on an online message board and now they have been snatched by many websites and blogs while others are e-mailing the saucy snaps all over the web.
