Miss America Contestants 2013 - More Photos Below.

The Miss America pageant contestants have already competed this week in the preliminary competitions and will compete for the title on live television this weekend, the Miss America pageant will be broadcast on ABC on January 12, 2013.

We have lots of photos of the ladies in bikinis and a video below shows some of the many secrets of what the beautiful beauty queens have to do to get ready for the competition.

It also shows how the ladies make certain there is no wardrobe malfunction for the high definition cameras to catch.

They need to show as much skin as possible, without exposing anything that will upset the censors or the pageant bosses.

Here's a tease for the video from ABC:

"Butt glue, a spray adhesive essential for keeping the bikini bottoms on their bottoms. If your bathing suit rides up, you can't pull it out in front of the judges. You don't want everybody to see everything."

Miss Kentucky has a different kind of trick to keep her breasts covered.

She tells the reporter, "We put a swimsuit over the bombshell bra. And no one will know. The bombshell bra. My secret weapon."

Controversy?

There is already a bit of controversy.

Allyn Rose, 24, plans to undergo a double mastectomy after the Miss America pageant as a preventative measure to reduce her chances of developing the disease that killed her mother, grandmother and great aunt and is receiving hate mail about the decision.

"You have people who say, 'Don't have the surgery. This is mutilating your body. You don't have cancer.' They want to pick apart every little thing," she said.

According to NBC, some have even accused her of faking the make herself a more media-friendly candidate.
