The man that knocked out Suge Knight is speaking out. Death Row Records founder Suge Knight was beaten and bloodied outside a Hollywood club earlier this week and now the man that delivered the punch says it was all because of a big misunderstanding. The man is the owner of a barbershop and stands five foot ten inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds, according to a report from TMZ.Com.

He says that he was playfully arguing with a friend outside the club about money and when Marion "Suge" Knight and his entourage left the club they believed that it was serious and the altercation was underway. Knight, at 6'3" and 325 pounds took the worst of it and wound up flat on the ground and bloodied, bruised and beaten.


Other witnesses claim that the man had a weapon, though he denies that in an interview with TMZ. Even more details have emerged that claim there were two separate altercations, both involving Suge Knight and one suggests that Knight was hit with something other than a fist. TMZ has several shots that show Knight before he was hit and after the punch that left blood all down the front of his yellow shirt. His entourage appears to be working over an unidentified man that winds up down on all fours. Witnesses say he then got back up and delivered the knock out blow to the chin of Suge Knight.
