John Graziano, an Iraq war vet, was the passenger in Nick Hogan's car crash on Aug. 26. Unconfirmed reports say that his condition has deteriorated. The newsroom at TMZ.Com reports that they spoke to Michael Graziano, who offered no comment on his brother's status. But her mother did send an e-mail saying that Hulk and Nick Hogan were taking care of them.
Hulk sat down with the Insider and explained that the families are close. Hulk says that John, a 22-year-old Iraq war veteran, is like a son to him. "We were always close. The crazy thing is that John is like my son too. When he went to Kuwait and came back, it was like a miracle. So the bond with these boys and with these two families is something that people don't understand. It's a tough one for all of us."
Apparently not. The mother of Lance Corporal John Graziano (Debbie Graziano) sent an email sent by to Bay News 9 in Florida, she says, "His (John's) best friend Danny, the driver in the other car, is devastated." Debbie Graziano also voided reports that the Graziano family will make the Hogan's pay.
"Two families are devastated, two mothers are comforting each other and caring for each other's children according to their needs, and will continue to do so until, as Terry said, we walk John out of here ... Terry and Linda love my son and saw him as a good role model to Nick. ... Since day one of this nightmare they have been with us physically, emotionally, mentally and financially.
