The weekly entertainment magazine is reporting that the couple was spotted "dirty dancing" at New York City hotspot Butter on Oct. 2 – the day before news of his broken engagement became public! Uh - oh did Zulay contribute to the split?


"Zulay is a sexy Latin girl, and you could tell Nick was enjoying her moves," says an eyewitness. "They were all over each other like a couple of honeymooners. Nick and Zulay have been spending a lot of time together recently and are really comfortable with each other," adds the source.

"The more time he spends with her, the less he thinks about his breakup with Selita, which is good." Nick and Selita dated for three months and were engaged for five months before calling it quits.
