Photos of the car that Nick Hogan (son of Hulk Hogan) crashed in Florida have now been released. AOL's entertainment web site TMZ.Com has released three pictures of the yellow Toyota Supra, or what is left of it that were taken at the scene of the horrific crash. Nick and his still unnamed passenger had to be cut out of the car and taken away by helicopter.

The crash occurred on State Route 60, a main drag through downtown Clearwater. The road had to be shut down in both directions for several hours, Clearwater Police spokesman Wayne Shelor said.


"The car was destroyed," Shelor said. Bollea and an unidentified male passenger were extricated from the car by paramedics, Shelor said. Then they were airlifted to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg. Their official conditions were not immediately available, but Shelor described the injuries of both men as serious.

According to a report from the St. Petersburg Times, Dennis Balila, who was in the yard of a nearby apartment complex, said he heard a loud screech and then saw the car flying backward.


Bollea's car skidded about 25 yards, spun around and crashed, trunk-first into a median palm tree, Shelor said. Hulk Hogan arrived on the scene flanked by three Clearwater police officers, Balila said. For about 30 minutes, he went back and forth between the car and ambulance as the two young men were cut free, Balila said.
