Fans of the couple Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey have never given up hope for a reconciliation between the two. And as they wait for their divorce case to hit the courts, or more likely an independent judge, hints by both sides are suggesting it may not be totally over.

He still loves her, she still wears ring

During an interview Nick told Rolling Stone, "I'd marry her all over again because I still love her. It would be a lot easier to walk away if I didn't."

Since they have yet to divorce wouldn't it be easier just to stay togehter?

No matter - Nick had already made the same revelation on a radio station interview the week before. He also said he had no evidence that his wife cheated on him as has been rumored, added, “Even if she cheated five times over, I still love her.”

And Jessica is once again wearing Nick's ring around her neck.

"You can still move on and have the memories," a source close to the pop star tells People Magazine, noting that Simpson, 25, still speaks to her soon-to-be-ex-husband, Nick Lachey, 32.

"Nick will always be an important part of her life."

Don't get your hopes up though- both have denied any hopes for reuniting and moving back in together as husband and wife. But stranger things have happened.
