Nick and wife Rose - She Says He is Missing Again.

The first time Nick Stahl went missing it was reported that Stahl had been frequenting the Skid Row area of Downtown Los Angeles.

Is it time for a watch again?

"He's been missing for four days," Stahl's wife, Rose Murphy Stahl, told E! News. "But I don't want to comment any further."

That statement was from two days ago.

Stahl went to stay at a friend's house after leaving rehab, according to E! News, and was later seem in downtown Los Angeles.

The actor has not been seen since he left his friend's home Thursday night.

Other friends have said they are worried about the actor, and are very concerned that he has been spotted near skid row.

Monsters & Critics of the UK spoke with addiction expert Richard Taite, the President and CEO of Cliffside Malibu and he said:

"Anytime someone leaves a facility against treatment advice it's sad. What usually happens is the patient starts feeling his feelings, the ones he or she used to medicate over and needs to get loaded. Top-notch facilities that make containment a priority have fewer instances of patients leaving against treatment advice.

But this happens at every facility... And it's heartbreaking every time."
