Debt troubled actor Nicolas Cage is suing his former business manager. The "Leaving Las Vegas" star alleges Samuel Levin left him on the brink of financial ruin.Cage, 45, seeks $20 million in damages in a suit filed in Los Angeles.

He alleges he suffered 'catastrophic' losses due to Levin's poor investment decisions. He claims Levin committed gross mismanagement and funnelled money into his own pockets.


Cage recently put up for sale an English castle and three of his high-end properties in the US to help raise money to pay off his debts.

He has been strapped with an IRS tax lien for an alleged $6 million he owes in taxes and is being sued for $2 million in a credit deal case.

Public records show Levin has been a licensed certified public accountant in California for nearly 25 years and has no public record of disciplinary actions.
