The husband of Orange County star Tamra Barney has filed for divorce and has accused the sexy reality TV star of infidelity! According to AOL's celebrity gossip website Pop Eater, in court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, Simon Barney is seeking to dissolve the marriage based on "irreconcilable differences."

The New York Daily News cites a source close to the couple that claims the "busty blonde reality star has been residing in a two-bedroom apartment since moving out of the couple's million dollar home earlier this week."


Husband Simon Barney alleges in his filing that Tamra "has been verbally abusive and has committed acts of disloyalty and adultery."

A Bravo rep says Tamra has "no comment" at this time. However, the buxom star will talk about the end of her marriage on national TV next week. "She is going to share her story first on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Show" hosted by Andy Cohen, airing next Thursday at midnight."

The couple, married for almost 12 years, have two daughters, ages 11 and 4, and one son, 9.
