California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger readily admits that he has watched the socialite's now notorious home video. Dows Maria know about this? Certainly Arnold will try to play this off as research if his wife quizzed him about his viewing habits.

During an appearance on the Jay Leno Show he said “I’ve heard from someone that she said somewhere she isn’t even a fan of mine and she has never seen any of my movies, I’ve seen all of hers,” referring to her home video with Joe Francis. Then adding with great Arnie wit “Obviously we both do action movies.” He also confirmed that no one had approached him over the sentence and he thought the whole thing was crazy!

A judge decided earlier this month that the socialite, who was found guilty of violating terms of probation by driving on a suspended license, ‘will do her full time, minus 22 days because of a state jail policy encouraging good inmate behavior’.

Los Angeles Sheriff's Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore had revealed at the time that the decision was reached after considering the judge's written orders, the nature of her offense, and the socialite’s lack of a criminal history.

“The public can expect that the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department will make the best decision for everyone involved. We will treat [Hilton] as we would any other. That's our goal,” People magazine quoted Whitmore, as saying at the time.

The ‘Simple Life' star will begin her jail sentence on June 5.
