Heather Mills has been accused of using her prosthetic leg to literally kick a woman that was trying to take her picture in the butt. Mills, the soon-to-be ex wife of sir Paul McCartney usually grabs headlines for her very public battle with Paul.

But this story takes place in a coffee shop and the woman, Emma Levy, tells the UK Sun that Mills attacked her when she spotted the beauty chatting with a man at the shop and pulled out her cell phone to get some pictures.

Emma, 38, told the British newspaper: “Heather came in looking glamorous in a cowboy hat, brown polo neck jumper, skintight jeans and boots.

“She sat down with a man and they were drinking coffee. I took out my mobile and tried to take her picture. She jumped up, grabbed me by the throat and pushed me towards the door. She lashed out with her left leg, kicking me in the bum. I have a big bruise.”

Passer-by Hayleigh Sands, 16, gave this eyewitness account to the Sun: “Heather’s face was contorted with anger. She started rifling through the woman’s bag to find her mobile phone. She broke down and started crying, ‘I do not need this right now. I am getting death threats, going through a divorce and bringing up a baby’.

“Heather gave the woman her phone back and it all ended.”

The report says the customers took heather's side and cheered when she kicked her in the rear. The woman, Emma, admitted she had thoughts of selling the photos and grabbing some cash.
