Megan Fox was a big hit in Transformers and the beautiful brunette really sent tongues wagging when pictures showed a topless scene from a film she is working called "Jennifer's Body" but that still doesn't get her the nod for Hollywood's best breasts in this week's "In Touch". That honor goes to Jessica Simpson. Tyra Banks gets a number two nod and Barack Obama e-mail pal Scarlett Johansson grabs the bronze.

Despite that topless scene (see the snaps linked here and the first link is safe) Megan Fox fell all the way to ninth on the list. Jennifer Aniston makes the list but Angelina Jolie does not. Carmen Electra, Lindsay Lohan and Katherine Heigl make the cut at number four, five and six respectively. Lindsay made waves when she posed for photos in Vanity Fair showing off her "assets".


Audrina Patridge and Jennifer Aniston are seven and eight and Jen gets the nod as "all natural". Megan Fox is number nine on the list and closing out the top ten is Beyoncé Knowles. This should make for quite the eye candy fold out in the magazine with all ten ladies displaying the cleavage.

The caption for top boobs girl Jessica has the title, "Jessica's are perfect" and reads, "Thanks to her father, Joe, everyone knows that Jessica Simpson, 28, is naturally blessed with big breasts.
