Holly Madison Leaving the Mansion may clear the way for some very attractive young twins! Holly stopped and talked to reports earlier this week and told them that she was not with Playboy founder Hugh Hefner anymore. She revealed to celebrity and entertinment website TMZ that the two have split.

Scandalist reports, "Meet Karissa and Kristina Shannon, Hugh Hefner’s newest girlfriends. As Scandalist reported, Hef’s former #1 girl Holly Madison was replaced by a set of blonde, bubbly party twins - and here they are. The twins have made themselves quite at home at the mansion, and are even sharing a bathroom with Holly."
