Rachel Uchitel has her name sprinkled all over a National Enquirer story claiming she was the mistress to the number one golfer in the world, Tiger Woods. The sexy hostess was fighting mad when she first spoke of the allegations - decrying the charges as BS with the expletive included.

Woods is furious as well, but has not addressed the charges in the story directly as he is recovering from a car crash and a hospital visit that may or may not be related. (Details here including photos, video, the 911 call after the crash from a neighbor and more).

Uchitel spoke with Us Weekly magazine after the crash, and the sexy brunette's mother has told friends, "her daughter has dated New York Yankee players Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez." (Insert obligatory A-Rod / Madonna / Kate Hudson joke here).


Gloria Alred is on the scene to protect the interests of Rachel and several press conferences have been predicted as the story has snowballed. The wild after Thanksgiving early Friday a.m. car crash even lands on the front-page of the Monday, November 30 edition of USA Today. That story notes that Tiger Woods loves his privacy so much, that he named a boat "Privacy."

Woods has released a statement on his official website calling his wife heroic for rescuing him from the car after the crash. She smashed out a window on his SUV to free him, the athlete claims. Others have reported that she was actually chasing him and smashed the window with the golf club as he was trying to run away with a quick dash out the driveway in the Cadillac.

Underlying whispers about the case are everywhere and Woods addresses those in his statement on the matter. He believes they are cowardly.


That has only fueled the fire. For the record, Rachel spoke with Us Weekly and Uchitel said: "I did not have an affair with Tiger Woods. I met him twice and have not heard from him since." Tiger Woods has a scheduled golf tournament this weken as well. Will he attend?
