The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has a very messy divorce brewing between Paul Nassif and Adrienne Maloof, the California plastic surgeon claims his wife beat him and berated him for 45-minutes after a vodka binge.

Paul Nassif is a doctor in Beverly Hills, specifically he is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

Adrienne Maloof comes from a very wealthy family that owns several businesses including the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada and the NBA's Sacramento Kings.

The two star together on the Bravo TV reality series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and like most reality TV marriages, this one has failed and the clean up is starting off quite messy.

The first accusation is from the doctor, according to TMZ:

"Paul says Adrienne went on a 45-minute rampage, physically and verbally demeaning him. He says she accused him of cheating and calling him a piece of s**t. Paul says Adrienne screamed he was a horrible dad, and repeatedly beat him in the face, chest and legs."

She fires back…

In a declaration filed in family court Adrienne claims Paul Nassif is a danger to their children, reports TMZ.

According to the report that cites the court documents:

"Adrienne claims Paul has been violent with the kids. She claims he has thrown the kids onto the grass in a fit of rage, spanked them with their pants down, violently yanked their arms and hit them on the head."

She also adds that Paul "lost one of their kids for 45 minutes in the wilderness during a camping trip" 3 years ago and "recently there was a fire across the street and she claims he did nothing to help the kids evacuate"

The ugly battle will continue in court in California unless the two reality TV stars can meet together and settle without a court.
