Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Sells to Keeping Up with the Kardashians?
Los Angeles is a smaller town than one might think in some circles as reality TV stars from Bravo TV's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians got together for a million-dollar real estate deal this weekend.
According to TMZ, KUWTK starlet Kendall Jenner has decided she's going to need a private pad for herself, and was looking for a nice condo in an exclusive area of Los Angeles.
Who should she call for the deal?
Look no further than the daughter of Kyle Richards, one of the ladies who stars on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The realtor Kendall used to close the deal is Farrah Aldjufrie, Kyle's daughter from her first marriage.
Richards married Guraish Aldjufrie while she was pregnant with Farrah in 1988.
Kyle is now married to Mauricio Umansky and both are regulars on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
So - what did Kendall Jenner purchase for her live as one of the most available teen singles in Hollywood?
TMZ has these particulars of the apartment:
It's 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo in a high-rise building near Westwood.
It has "a jetliner view of L.A."
Kendall paid $1,399,000, and got a $910,000 mortgage, according to TMZ.
The building has a 24-hour valet, a concierge and doorman.
For entertainment and exercise without having to mingle with outsiders, the building also features a heated pool, a fitness center, a catering kitchen, a social room, a card room and wine storage.
Kendall's unit is equipped high end - at least in the kitchen - her condo has Subzero and Viking appliances.

This is the first real estate deal for Farrah Aldjufrie, according to TMZ, and if she had one side of the deal with a commission rate of 3% that is often paid to realtors, she just scored almost $42,000 for her first payday.
