Rebecca de Mornay has been busted and she is facing charges of suspicion of DUI. The actress, who starred in the films "Risky Business" and "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle," was stopped Oct. 30 for a traffic violation in Beverly Hills when officers smelled booze on her breath. She is the latest in what appears to be a string of DUI arrests for Hollywood starlets on the streets of Los Angeles.

The 48-year-old Risky Business vixen was driving near Sunset Boulevard when officers pulled her over for an unspecified traffic violation around 10:30 p.m., according to Beverly Hills Police Department spokesman Lieutenant Tony Lee, E! Online reports.


De Mornay was then taken into custody, cited for DUI and released shortly before 1 a.m. According to police; her blood-alcohol level registered at 0.09 percent, slightly above the legal 0.08 limit. "She was very cooperative during the arrest," Lee added.

Lee did not return telephone calls from The Associated Press, and e-mails and telephone messages for De Mornay's representatives were not returned. De Mornay most recently played a (where does the time go) grandmother in the short-lived HBO series John from Cincinnati.
