New Moon star Robert Pattinson is to appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in November. The 23-year-old actor, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the successful film series, will be a guest on the hit show in an episode to air on November 20, which is when upcoming flick New Moon will hit theaters. It is claimed that the episode will be taped on November 17 and aired a few days after.

Robert shot to fame after playing the dreamy vampire in the first flick and will reprise the role for the next three movies, which were adapted from the books by Stephenie Meyer.


More Movie News...Hollywood actress Diane Kruger has signed up to appear in new thriller Unknown White Male opposite Liam Neeson. The 33-year-old star, who recently starred in Quentin Tarantino's flick Inglorious Basterds, has signed up to appear in the thriller for Dark Castle that will also star Mad Men actress January Jones.

The story sees a man wake from a coma to find that his identity has been assumed by someone else and no-one, including his wife believes him. He then sets out to prove who he is with the help of a young woman.

Jones, 31, will play Neeson's wife in the thriller and Kruger will play a Berlin taxi driver who ends up becoming Neeson's ally. According to Variety, the flick will be directed by Jaume Collet-Serra from a screenplay by Oliver Butcher, Stephen Cornwell and Karl Gajdusek.
