Rod Stewart Sued by Law Firm for $3 Million Plus
Nov 19, 2009
Rod Stewart is being sued for $3.3 million by a prominent Los Angeles law firm that claims he owes legal fees. Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro filed their lawsuit naming Stewart in Los Angeles.
Glaser has had such high-profile clients as the architect Frank Gehry and TV's Bob Barker. Stewart allegedly owes Glaser for work it has done on three cases, including an alleged trademark infringement.

The firm, also of Las Vegas, did work on the cancellation of a Stewart show scheduled for Sin City in December 2000 for which a federal court ordered he owed $2 million. Stewart's manager was not immediately available for comment.
