Apparently there is more feuding on ABC's morning gabfest 'The View.' For those that don't know what the show is, it is basically Rosie O'Donnell insulting people while her bobbing heads Barbra Walters and Joy Behar agree with all things Rosie. They do have a token conservative that the three liberals attack and her name is Elisabeth Hasselbeck. The New York Post is reporting that she wants out.

According to an item from the paper, an on-air dig from co-host Rosie O'Donnell during an episode of "The View" this week left co-host Elisabeth in tears after the taping, sources told Page Six. "Elisabeth just can't take it any more," the insider said of her tensions with O'Donnell, who constantly slams her conservative stance. Things got especially ugly on Wednesday. Hasselbeck said she supported the government's access to citizens' phone conversations. Liberal O'Donnell responded, "Elisabeth, you are very young and you are very wrong."

Hasselbeck accused Rosie of ageism and broke down later off-camera, the report claims.'Young and wrong'seems pretty tame and a ridiculous comeback, but if that pushes Hasselbeck outperhaps it is time to get someone to challenge Rosie as she rips away in her shock jock fashion. How about Ann Coulter?

So far this year O'Donnell has ripped on the Chinese with a 1940's imitation of the way she thinks they speak, outed singer Clay Aiken, dubbed Kelly Ripa a homophobe, mocked Miss USA Tara Conner for seeking help for her addictions in rehab and has had a very long and involved battle with Donald Trump. A few weeks back the civics challenged O'Donnell called for the impeachment of George W. Bush 'just to send a message to the rest of the world.'

Rosie doesn't appear to even have a basic understanding of the issues of the American government but her cheap shots and sophomoric comedy (ching, chang, chong Chinese imitations) have worked to boost ratings. As Barbara Walters seems to justify her hiring of Rosie for those ratings perhaps she should pit someone against Rosie that could take on the tag team of Barbara, Joy and Babs. I say hire Ann Coulter. What's the worst that could happen, O'Donnell might actually have someone fight back.

I guarantee a ratings boost.
