Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and his beautiful blonde wife Ashton are constantly giving back to the city of Seattle.

Russell and Ashton spend every Tuesday seeing patients and families at Seattle Children's Hospital, and according to a report the QB and his wife show up every week without fail.

According to NJ.Com "Blue Tuesdays is now a weekly occurrence at Seattle Children’s."

The report reveals:

"Wilson spends 60 minutes getting to and speaking with as many children and families as possible. He tries to give them each a few minutes and not make it seem like a drive-by meeting. He wants to know their stories, hear their concerns, share their emotions."

Today's game...

Russell will have his hands full today as he plays a very good San Francisco 49ers defense.

The Seahawks and the 49ers are the two best teams left in the NFC and will play today for the National Football Conference championship.

The game is in Seattle and kicks off at 3:30 local time.

The Seahawks easily won their game last week versus the New Orleans Saints at home, and they are favored to win this week.

If Seattle wins, Russell Wilson and wife Ashton will head to their first Super Bowl together.
