Perez Hilton has been named in another lawsuit. Mario Lavandeira, who blogs as Perez Hilton is already being sued by several photo agencies and now he has been named in a lawsuit along with Jill Ishkanian, who runs the Sunset Photo and News Agency and Celebrity Babylon. They are being sued for $20 million according to the New York Daily News by none other than Lindsay Lohan gal pal Samantha Ronson.

So what is Sam up in arms about? According to the Daily News, the celebrity DJ is miffed that both sites claimed she was making money by tipping off paparazzi on special friend Lohan. She's also taking issue with both sites' reports that Ronson was responsible for the cocaine found in LiLo's car the night of her most recent crash.

According to Ben Widdicombe of Gatecrasher: "In June, Perez Hilton repeated the coke claim that first appeared on Celebrity Babylon about Sam. That site claimed Ronson was "making a tidy profit on the side, shilling Lohan, 20, out to photographers eager to get her photo looking passed out and wasted."

It continued: "If that wasn't shocking enough, sources say that it was Ronson who was holding the cocaine later found in Lindsay's car." Cue the rep™: Neither Perez nor Sunset have publicly responded to the claims.
