Sara Evans Nude Photos Claim May Seal Craig Schelske's Fate
Sara Evans attorney dropped a bombshell on her nanny's Alison Clinton's attorney last week when he told the fellow litigator that he was in possession of some compromising photos of Evans’ husband, Craig Schelske, with Alison.
Evans has accused Schelske of having an affair with Clinton, the couple's former nanny and also Evans former assistant in their nasty divorce fight.
Both Clinton and Schelske have denied the affair and a judge removed the name of the couple's former nanny from court documents alleging Clinton had an affair with Schelske, a claim both Clinton and Schelske denied.
But if the nude pictures are legitimate it will likely seal Craig Schelske's Fate.
Clinton went as far as taking a lie detector test and vehemently denies any affair. Schelske has also denied any wrong-doing and has claimed that it was his wife that was unfaithful to him.
Alison’s lawyer, Ronnie Berke, insisted the photos are a fabrication and retained that any sexual affair between his client and Sara's husband isn’t true.
“Bring it on,” Berke said in an interview broadcast on Extra TV. “There are no pictures of Alison doing anything improper with Craig.”
Extra teased it as the Smoking Gun and that's accurate if the photographs are legitimate.
For now, the couple have agreed to try and keep the matter civil and agreed to refrain from airing any more juicy accusations in public.
Though Evans has primary custody of the couple's three children for now, she and Schelske agreed to work out a visitation schedule so that he could see the kids "very soon," the Tennessean reported.
A judge urged them to draw up the schedule right away and to return to court Friday if they could not reach mutually agreeable arrangements.
The duo also agreed to evenly split $274,000 they had deposited in a joint bank account. Evans had previously accused Schelske of transferring the shared funds into an account in his name and Schelske agreed to find a new place to live, rather than sharing the couple's home.
Now - about those photos.
