Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin (pictured) created a stir when she revealed she wanted to develop a reality show. While many believed a look inside the Palin family home might be a ratings hit, her production proposal was for the state of Alaska and the wild and rugged outdoors the state has to offer.

Sarah Palin Reality Show - $1 Million Per Episode?

That offer of "real" outdoor reality dropped off the networks, but cable and satellite TV may be willing to pick it up if they can hit a reported million dollar per episode price tag.

The Celebrity Cafe reports that each Sarah Palin reality show episode could "following a trajectory more Kardashian than politician," and the best-selling author is currently shopping her reality show to major networks with an asking price of $1 million to $1.5 million per episode, reports New York Magazine.


Sarah Palin has tentatively titled her project Sarah Palin's Alaska, the report adds. The report claims Both A&E Networks and Discovery Communications have expressed interest in the proposed TV show.
