Scandal Surrounding Eviction: NeNe Leakes of Real Housewives of Atlanta

The report from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution claimed that the sassy NeNe and her husband, real estate investor Gregory Leakes, left the property in November -- a month after an eviction notice was filed by Winwood Properties. She says that is nonsense and released a statement saying that she has not been booted.

First the report claimed that NeNe would not reveal where she is currently living. "It's none of your business," she told The Journal-Constitution in an e-mail. Now she is saying that the story is wrong and she actually released a statement to try and get her side of the story out into the press.

"I am truly blessed to enjoy a wonderful life and lifestyle," NeNe said in a statement released earlier today. "We have indeed moved to another home, but we did so on our own free will. We live in an absolutely beautiful home and we are fortunate to be able to live in the place of our choice."
