Security Guard - Michael Jackson's Kids Witnessed Death Drama
Michael Jackson's top security guard left jurors in the Conrad Murray manslaughter trial stunned on Wednesday (28 Sept. 11) when he revealed the King of Pop's two eldest children witnessed the desperate attempts to resuscitate their father after he lost consciousness at the family's rented Los Angeles home in June, 2009.
Faheem Muhammad told the court that Prince and Paris saw Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Murray, trying to bring the pop star back to life with the help of another bodyguard - and he felt they should be led away from the terrible scene.
Muhammad testified, "Paris was on the ground, balled up crying," and added that her brother was "shocked" and "crying".
He admitted he had not noticed the siblings in the doorway when he first arrived and saw his boss lying lifeless in his bed.
Muhammad told the jurors he knew immediately that Jackson was dead.
The security chief also testified about Jackson's frequent trips to his skin doctor Arnold Klein, revealing the pop superstar visited his office several times a week and often left "a bit tipsy". The singer reportedly once said to Muhammad, "You must think I'm crazy for going to Dr. Klein's everyday." He never explained the visits.
Dr. Murray is accused of administering the fatal dose of Propofol which cost Jackson his life. The medic has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges.
The trial will continue on Thursday (29 Sept. 11).
