Balthazar Getty is reportedly looking to get back with his wife Rosetta Getty. The entire episode exploded when Balthazar Getty was spotted kissing on a topless Sienna Miller and the photos were spread online. That has led to a lawsuit threat from Sienna Miller for publishing the raunchy snaps and a whole lot of criticism aimed at both Miller and Getty. Sienna Miller is a bit used to controversy, Getty is getting his first taste of it.

Sienna Miller was in that whole Jude Law and the nanny scandal a few years back and many sympathized with the blonde actress, as Jude Law's actions were deemed very inappropriate and unfair to Miller. The two battled back and forth and had several break ups and make ups until they finally split for good.


There are now a batch of reports that seem to run in opposite directions on exactly what is going on with the Balthazar Getty divorce. Some say that Sienna and Getty are in love and want to be married as soon as his divorce clears. Others claim that he is desperately begging his wife to take him back. The UK Daily mail cites AOL's celebrity and entertainment website TMZ.Com.

According to their report, the website claims Balthazar is frantically e-mailing Rosetta in a desperate attempt to win back her love. It's still unclear where it is going and if the Sienna Miller topless controversy (see here) will have any effect on where this turns from here.
