Jessica Simpson Cried Crocodile Tears When Baby First Moved

Pregnant Jessica Simpson burst into tears when she felt her unborn baby kick for the first time.

The singer and her fiance Eric Johnson are expecting their first child early next year (2012) and Simpson admits her pregnancy hormones have turned her into an emotional mess.

In an interview with TV host Rachael Ray, she says, "That's the one thing about pregnancy - I'll cry at the drop of a hat. Even a great souffle would make me cry."

And the mom-to-be reveals she couldn't hold back the waterworks when her unborn baby first let her know of its presence.

She adds, "I felt (the baby) move the other day for the first time and I had big crocodile tears. It was the coolest thing ever. It did a flip or something. I was like, 'There it went. It's there. It's really there.'"
