Sofia, who turns 40 in July, recently said she first fell in love with Nick because he was not intimidated by her looks.

Sofia Vergara reunited with Nick Loeb just last week and now he is denying a report he participated in cocaine fueled orgies with prostitutes.

The report is from the National Enquirer and according to the NY Post cites a hooker or two as the source of the information.

The Post reports:

"Two prostitutes told the National Enquirer they had slept with Loeb, with one — named 'Bianca' — saying: 'He’ll party with anywhere from two to five girls, usually in luxury hotel penthouses, with porn playing on all the TVs, lines of cocaine laid out and liquor flowing like water.'"

Nick is now is adamantly denying the allegations, releasing a statement of his own.

“My first priority is to protect the people I love, and I hope they are not impacted by these lies and irresponsible reports,” Loeb told the New York Post.

“I am mortified that false illicit behavior has been attributed to me,” he added. “It’s hurtful and unfair.”

The report reveals he is mulling over taking legal action.

The 'Modern Family' actress was seen enjoying dinner with the businessman in New York last week a month after they split following a series of arguments, and friends say they are trying to work out their problems.

An earlier report revealed a source told the New York Post newspaper: "The truth is they love each other, but relationships are difficult. They have been talking a lot to work things out."

Following their split, Sofia - who had been dating Nick for over two years - moved into a hotel, but friends admitted at the time they were unsure the separation would be permanent.

A source said at the time: "Sofia was confiding in friends at the Met Ball that she and Nick have split. They have been fighting a lot recently and have been on the brink of splitting many times. It is not yet clear if they are over for good, but they are done as a couple for now."

Insiders claim it may have been the pressures of her newfound fame on 'Modern Family' and a host on 'Saturday Night Live' which caused them to break up.
