St. Louis Woman Wins $5.8 Million Judgment - Exposed in 'Girls Gone Wild'
A St. Louis woman has won a huge judgment against the makers of the 'Girls Gone Wild' series of videos, a judge granted her $5.8 million for being exposed in the series of raunchy videos.
In court, testimony reveals a woman acting as a contractor for "Girls Gone Wild" pulled down Tamara Favazza's shirt at the shoulder strap, exposing her breasts.
The 2004 incident happened when she was a 20-year-old college student and appeared in a DVD called 'Sorority Girl Orgy 2.'
Tamara is now 26-years old and a married stay-at-home mom, and says her appearance in the video has hurt her marriage and caused some members of her 'very Catholic, conservative family' to shun her.
She claimed she did not find out she was actually in the video until later, when one of her husband's friends pointed out her exposed breasts in the raunchy scene.
She sued, and her first trial was rejected by a jury.
A St. Louis jury sided with the DVD makers in 2010, but a retrial was granted.
However, this judge says she was clearly mouthing the words "no" when she was exposed and awarded her the nearly $6 million for the flash.
Girls Gone Wild will appeal.
