Beware of the stripper. And her shoe. In what sounds like a wild night at the local 'Gentleman's Club' down in Florida, it is being claimed that one of the dancers was working so hard that she lost her shoe, a mirror was broken and a man claims he was injured. A Broward County, Florida, man is going after a strip club after a stripper's shoe struck him and causing an injury. The complaint was filed in Broward County by 35-year-old Charles Privette.

WRAL reports that a dancer's shoe flew off during a pole dance, went up into the air and then shattered the mirrored ceiling above. That caused glass to rain down on him and the shoe to hit him.



More, "The lawsuit filed in Broward County by 35-year-old Charles Privette says the Booby Trap breached its duty when its employee failed to perform her routine in a reasonably safe manner. The suit seeks at least $15,000 in damages."

"Privette's attorney says his client suffered a small cut to his eyebrow, headaches and nose bleeds because of the Jan. 14 pole dance. Booby Trap general manager George Gettinger acknowledges paramedics were called but said injuries were minor."
