Talk about a scary situation. The manager of the Sprouse kids (Cole and Dylan Sprouse) on Disney's wildly popular "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" has been convicted of two charges involving a minor according to a report from AOL's entertainment website TMZ.Com. The only good news is that the twins were not involved in the situation first hand.

The Disney series has been around since 2005 and the series stars the real life twins play Zack and Cody, and as many know they play identical twins on the show, whose single mother, Carey (her part is played by Kim Rhodes) is the headlining singer at the Tipton Hotel in Boston. They reside on the twenty-third floor of the five-star hotel. Hence, the "Suite Life" of Zack and Cody.


Now for the report of the conviction from TMZ.Com that will likely shock many parents. The twins' manager is a man named Josh Werkman and he has pleaded out charges according to TMZ. The charges involve a sixteen year old boy (again not Zack and Cody obviously).

According to the report and citing "law enforcement sources" the website reports that he pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor charges. One was misdemeanor sale of alcoholic beverage to a minor and the other was some sort of a molestation charge. TMZ has the full details here including a quote from the man's lawyer.
