The love triangle in the upcoming blockbuster hit New Moon is on screen and includes actors Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson. And while none of them had to get plastic surgery for their roles in the film series, some of their most dedicated fans are considering it.

Fans of the Twilight saga movies (Twilight Saga: New Moon opens this weekend) are taking their obsession to a new level and having plastic surgery to recreate the chiseled looks of its stars.


Twilight was released last year and its sequel New Moon will be shown in cinemas from November 20. Fans of the hit series now want to look like its stars Robert Pattinson, 23, Kristen Stewart, 19, and Taylor Lautner, 17, so much they are considering surgery.

Mark Bury from SurgiCare clinics said: "Patients are shelling out for Botox-enhanced cheekbones and jaw lines." It is claimed other vampire movies and TV shows such as True Blood, Lesbian Vampire Killers and The Vampire Diaries have also helped inspire the craze.
