Joe Giudice , the husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has been indicted for using false identification and impersonating his brother, Pietro, to obtain a New Jersey driver's license in June 2010.

The issue was discovered by police during a routine traffic stop.

Teresa Giudice's husband Joe was arrested in March after his brother Pietro got pulled over during a routine traffic stop.

When police ran his driver's license through their system, Joe Giudice's picture came up instead.

Police later arrested Joe.

The charge of wrongfully using identifying information is punishable by up to 10 years in prison, NorthJersey.com reports. The impersonation charge carries a maximum 18-month prison sentence.
