There's another woman threatening to destroy the romance between High School Musical (HSM 3) sweethearts Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens and it isn't any of the the young cuties that usually surround Zac, according to a report this week from the National Enquirer the other woman is her mom.

The 19-year-old dark-haired beauty recently bought her first home - a $2.75 million Tuscan style villa in Studio City, Calif. - which she planned to turn into a love nest for her and Zac. But the source says mom might still have some reservations.

Although Zac, 21, has his own place, he helped Vanessa choose the six-bedroom, six and a half bath house and was looking forward to eventually moving in, says the insider.
