More here from Lynda Johnson. A witness has spoken to reporters and said that he saw the Lear as it skidded across the road and it was so engulfed in flames that the man says he could barely see what it was. He finally realized that it was a plane and rushed to help. See several photos of the jet here. The witness says as he approached the plane he saw two men (presumable Barker and Goldstein) in the middle of the highway and though they were both on fire they were able to put themselves out.

Emergency worker arrived and transported both men to the hospital. Both are reportedly severely burned. One report from TMZ claims that Goldstein had suffered severe burns to his face while Barker sustained burns from the waist down. An update in the early afternoon form TMZ.Com says a source has revealed that Barker is expected to survive the plane crash, while it adds that DJ AM is being " tended to right now."
