Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin blasts away in "Going Rogue," her new book out this week. She takes direct aim at CBS News anchor Katie Couric. In her book, Palin says Couric chose "gotcha" moments while leaving the candidate's more substantive remarks on the cutting room floor. She also claims that Couric was far easier on her rival, Democrat Joe Biden.

According to the Examiner, "She claims that she felt "badgered" during the interview, and also believes that it was done in a "partisan" manner. She states that in reality she was throwing CBS a bone to begin with, since Katie Couric's "Nightly News" is the least-watched of the three major networks and an appearance by her was sure to drive up ratings."


She also ripped ABC newsman Charles Gibson, who she said appeared bored, patronizing and judgemental as he "peered skeptically" at her from his authoritarian nose-dangling reading glasses, according to a Huffington Post report.

Entertainment Weekly notes that "she claims that the John McCain political machine straight-talk-expressed her and left her with $50,000 in legal bills from the vetting process." McCain has denied that claim. The book is out Tuesday and will sell lots of copies. Will you buy "Going Rogue" from Sarah Palin?
