Celebrity homes and real estate - Usher is looking to show ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond to the curb, the singer is reportedly ready to sell her house, forcing her out.

The 'Climax' singer - who was recently awarded full custody of his two young sons Usher Raymond V and Naviyd with Tameka - owns the near $3 million mansion in Georgia she is still currently living in and is planning to sell it.

Tameka - who was left heartbroken when her 11-year-old son Kile Glover was killed in a jet ski accident earlier this year - has been living in the house alone since they split but their divorce agreement stated that Usher could sell the property at any time as long as he gave her 60 days notice.

The popstar's lawyer has already sent Tameka a letter informing her of his plans to sell the 12,000 sq. ft. house, which he bought in 2007 after getting engaged to the former stylist, according to US gossip website TMZ.

Tameka is said to be devastated because she has no personal income and has been struggling financially since their divorce in 2009.

But sources close to Usher insist he has given his ex-wife plenty of notice to move out of the house and find a new place to live.

Tameka recently denied being ''gold-digger'' and also claimed she is fully able to support herself.
