The couple that used to make out in public in front of cameras while giggling and acting so much in love are back at it, though this time it took a long range lens from the sky to catch the couple kissing.

It was during the second birthday party for little Suri Cruise, the couple's young adorable daughter. The family had what appears to be a nice little party for the little girl and Pacific Coast News looks as if they had a chopper in the air to catch the action.

There is always a lot of speculation and rumors that surround the couple, though much of it has slowed in recent months a they had finally fallen off the radar screen as they were just plodding along as a happy Hollywood couple. But this week they landed on the cover of two separate tabloids with blaring headlines of split reports.

In Touch Weekly said, "It's over" and the sub-head was "Katie is fed up with being the perfect wife" while Star Magazine claims the couple will "Fight for Suri." None of that seemed apparent from the photos of the fabulous Katie Holes and her hubby that have now been published. The look quite happy.
