Country star Keith Urban and Academy Award winning actress Nicole Kidman are expecting their first baby, but one report suggests this week that not only is Nicole preparing for her baby, she is also concerned about her adopted children and it sounds like her maternal instincts have really kicked in and she wants to be int their lives even more.

According to a report from the National Enquirer, the Oscar winner is so determined to reclaim her job as "mom" to their two adopted children that she's moving into a new home near Tom Cruise and his wife the fabulous Katie Holmes. Tom and Katie live in Beverly Hills.


The report also claims that insiders predict that Tom will be furious if Nicole desires to be back into the children's tightly scheduled lives, sources say. "Nicole has done a complete 360-degree turnaround. After her split from Tom, her career and her personal life seemed to take precedence over their kids Isabella and Connor," and insider told The Enquirer.

"I think she's put Tom on notice that she's going to spend the 50 percent joint custody time she's entitled to with Connor and Isabella. And the magazine report sthat to assure that, the 40-year-old "Moulin Rouge" star is buying a home in L.A.'s posh Brentwood section.


"Tom has always thought that Nic needs to come to the kids in L.A. if she wants to see them more - and now she's doing just that," said the insider. And she's hoping her L.A. home will provide a base to help rebuild her maternal bond with Connor, 13, and Isabella, 15, sources say.
