Kelly Osbourne is apparently engaged to her boyfriend of six months Luke Worrall. The young man is only eighteen years old while Kelly is 23 and that gets her a "young cougar' award. Hey even Jennifer Aniston is now being dubbed a "cougar" for her back on relationship with John Mayer, so Kelly qualifies and more power to her.

According to a report from the UK Daily Mail, a report that cites what is called a "Sunday newspaper" and the report claims that, "Luke yesterday changed his online relationship status to 'engaged to Kelly Osbourne'."


His profile page has been inundated with congratulatory messages from friends and family, according to The People newspaper. Are the fans jumping the gun ort are the two rally engaged?
